  • Contact our Small Business Liaison Officer (SBLO) at  [email protected] to discuss potential collaboration opportunities
  • Submit a capability statement via registration in our Ariba Supplier Portal
  • Visit us at one of the events listed above

All TST Purchase Orders are subject to one of the following:

  • The Terms and Conditions attached to the Purchase Order,
  • The terms of a separate agreement between TST and your company (such as a subcontract or master agreement), as referenced in the Purchase Order, or
  • The Terms and Conditions linked below apply if no attachment or separate agreement applies.

By accepting a Purchase Order or starting work, you agree to the applicable Terms and Conditions. Any different terms you propose will not apply unless expressly agreed to in writing by a TST procurement professional.
