
Pitchbook recently featured an interview with Ian Fujiyama, head of aerospace, defense, and government at the Carlyle Group. During the wide-ranging interview discussing defense and national security topics, Mr. Fujiyama discussed how Two Six Technologies fits in to the next generation of national security and defense.
“We are seeing it in our portfolio. We have an investment in a company called Two Six. They are disruptive to the services community. Two Six innovates on a dime. It creates software that could be leveraged across the intelligence and military communities. And our opinion is that it can innovate a lot quicker because it is disrupting the traditional business model of services, which is literally to throw bodies at the problem.”
