She was honored for her leadership in building a People & Culture function that has grown alongside Two Six Technologies while keeping its people at the center of success.
Tonia’s leadership has been instrumental in building a People & Culture organization that supports Two Six Technologies through extraordinary growth while preserving the culture, relationships, and personal connections that define our company.
Since joining Two Six five years ago, Tonia has helped guide the company’s growth from approximately 320 employees to nearly 1,000. Throughout this evolution, she has transformed and expanded the People & Culture function to meet the changing needs of a growing workforce, strengthening capabilities across talent acquisition, employee engagement, leadership development, workforce planning, and more.
Beyond building the processes and infrastructure needed to support a larger organization, Tonia has remained deeply committed to the people behind that growth. Her leadership reflects the belief that scaling a company and maintaining a strong, people-centered culture are not competing priorities. By keeping relationships, connection, and employee experience at the forefront, she has helped ensure that Two Six continues to grow without losing sight of what makes it unique.
