Jeff focuses on expanding our portfolio of Applied Technology research programs by broadening where we do business, who we partner with, and the domains in which we innovate, extending beyond traditional US government applications and into the commercial sector. He’s passionate about enabling teams to be highly effective at solving hard problems, whether technical, operational, or organizational. Outside of work, Jeff has been a volunteer EMT since high school and continues to serve on weekends, an experience that shapes his calm, decisive approach to complex, high-stakes situations and reinforces his commitment to service.
